Error when exporting to Excel

When exporting a report to Excel, 40260 rows, it times out after exactly 2 minutes with the Export using plain text option. I have tried the guidelines in TN5600-7X0-0276, set the Request timeout to 3600 seconds, increased the JVM Heap Size to 256 MB, and increased the ASP Script Timeout/ Session Timeout to 40 minutes and 2400 seconds, respectively.

Any other suggestions as to what might be causing this timeout?

Which browser are you using? You might have to run a script to fix the browser time out. Straigh from memory back in the old days, the TN xxx-0176 is probably the only one you are looking for - It's old but at least it's complete. The browser has it's own time-out settings, and there's registry setting to change, you might have missed that one.
