error when creating report based on SQL

Hi All,
I am using a SQL code to build a report. When validating the report, it errors out and gives the following message:
RSV-SRV-0040 : An application error has occurred. Please contact your Administrator. CCLAssertError:0:Fatal: CCL_ASSERT_NAMED(rResultSetName == rsCurrentResultSetName, "Result set names don't match."); RSV-SRV-0042 Trace back: RSReportService.cpp(639)......and so on.
Can anyone help me understand whats wrong here? Any help is appreciated.
