Error When Closing Outlook Express

I am experiencing an error when exiting Outlook Express on a Windows XP machineand relates to the msimn.exe file. The error reads;

Instruction at 0x77f5215e reference memory in 0x007fd4dde the memory could not be written.

Any ideas on how to get arounf this?
