Has anyone come accros this error before?
"The instruction at "0x37001328" referenced memory at "071aba0ef". The memory could not be written".

I get this message everytime I close down explorer?

Any help would be appreciated.

In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, uncheck 'Enable third-party browser extensions (Requires restart).' then exit (you likely still will show an error) and restart. Then test again.

If it closes without error, you have a good indication that there is either an add-in or malware at issue with your installation of IE: faq608-4650

Thanks - I have done the above but still receive the message on exiting.

And the resuls of running malware scans with Adaware, CWShredder and Spybot were negative?

I managed to resolve this by locking a Radio toolbar!

Thanks for your help.
