Error when Backup on SQL Server ( Error 3202 )

Anyone kwows why this happens ? and what I have to do to resolve this ?

Did you check this:

See the SQL Server error log for more details.


Also, did you check the Windows Event Viewer logs (application, system, security) to see if there was anything else that might be causing the problem?

Could it be that there is no enough space on your backup device? In case you are using database maintenace to backup your database you should remember that old backup files are not written on while the backup goes (unlike in backup with init option). The old files are deleted after the backup is completed which means you require enough space on your backup device for both fresh and old backup files
 
If I were to venture a guess it would be that the backup device(dump device) that is set to the folder/share named ... "G:\restore\DADOSADV\" is not longer valid. Maybe the folder\directory "G:\restore\DADOSADV\" no longer exists.
