Error when accessing a CR report from the web

I tried running the sample report from the web and got the following error:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

AlwaysRequiredSteps.asp, line 21

Systemmessage, messageid = 0x800401f3

Did you come up with a solution? I am having the same problem and I am stumped! I have all the necessary references loaded into my project but continue to receive the error.
I also made sure I'm using the correct code to load the report:
