Error - What does this mean?

Error Occurred creating Report Object: Invalid directory

I pass the parameters from the ASP page to the Crystal. ASP page and the Crystal Report is within the same directory. I am able to open other reports from my ASP page, but this report I am unable to open. Any ideas?
