Error Viewing Reports in ePortfolio

Hi. I'm using Crystal Enterprise 9.

When I go into ePortfolio, click on a report and select "View", I get the following error:

"There was an error retrieving data from the server. Service could not be found."

If instead of selecting "View", I select "View Latest" or "Schedule" or if I run an instance of the report through CMC, it opens up just fine. This occurs with all reports.

"View" used to work, but there have been a couple people working on components of the server to get Enterprise to work with reports coming from Lotus Notes (another whole issue), but I'm not sure about any changes that may have been made. I don't know if this is the cause or not, but it seemed to happen around the same time.

I have disabled/re-enabled and stopped/restarted all servers in CCM and in CMC, I have deleted and readded the Web Component Server, I have checked the rights of the user I am signing on as, I've already applied any service packs and hot fixes, and NOTHING is working! Any suggestions, please!? My thanks in advance.
