Error: VB calling Crystal: Active X component cannot creat Object

Hi,

trying to build an installable solution via developers edition.

We have a VB solution where a menu option is calling our Crystal solution (the crystal reports have been built as a VB project compiled as an active X)

We get the above error (ie Active X component cannot create Object)

Can anybody advise me what we have missed on the distribution delivery?
