Error using a DTS package to copy over data

Hi,

I am having an issue copying data over from a table in one database to a table in another. The issue is stemming from a field that is a text (16) datatype. The error is that the field is too large for the specified buffer. I am hitting this on several tables (the others work fine) Any idea on how to get around this?
