Error uploading WebRootCA.pem on the IP Office SE

Hello,

I need to upload the WebRootCA.pem on the system/primary folder to config Equinox, but I get a "invalid wav file format" error when the file is a root certificate witn pem format.

I do the procees with the web file manager from the IP Office SE 11.02.

any advice that what I'm doing wrong?

You upload certificates from the Certificate page.

I just upload it via Embedded File Manager, never had an issue.

So I go to the :7070 page on HTTPS and download the Cert and save as WebRootCA.cer

Then I use a Linux build in Windows with the following command

openssl x509 -inform der -in WebRootCA.cer -out WebRootCA.pem

Then just upload it.

Edit - realised this is for IP500s, for SEs I just download the .pem from the web management page and rename and upload.
