Error uploading docs

I am having difficulty enabling a user to upload docs to the libraries. She receives an error message every time. Just for kicks, I added her to the administrator group on the web server, and now she can upload just fine. How do I get around this problem, since I cant be giving everyone admin rights that need to upload docs?
