Error Updating Firmware: Need Help!!!!

I ran the fdlu command in ld 32 on option 11 ACD. It hung up and kick an NPR331. Now I can't change overlays or four star out. I tried to use the ld 32 susp and it says "PSDL abort is working please wait" and has been like that for almost na hour now. I still cna't change overlays or anything. Anyone erver have this happen?

If it's still hung about the only thing you can do is INIT the switch

have to agree with perry.. if midn does not clear the problem then ini.. and don't do an fdli on high traffic.. then clean up your switch.. your cpu is to busy to process calls, and do the download.. which means you usually have removed 30 from the drol and have a lot of trash programed.. 20 phones with the same scr/scn.. usually key system type features cause cpu overload.. no two phones need to have the same key 0... that's way we have pick and transfer...

don't know your software but those are the type of things i see when i dial into one that has lost it's mind.. 99 times out of 100 it;s the switchman, not the switch.. dep list that is 4 years old, zero maint and keysystem software
