Error updating DB - need to change DB permission to WRITE?

I made a simple Access DB with 4 field - ID, FN, LN, Email- and can populate the DB with no problem using a frontpage form page and see the results with a results page displaying all data. Then when I create an update form and an update page such as on

, I get an error message of "Database Results Wizard Error The operation failed. If this continues, please contact your server administrator. "
