Error updating Client

Background:
Current master server is solaris 8 with FP6.
Installed Solaris 8 Client with NB45_FP_3GA...

As I've done numerous times before attempted to upgrade sequentially starting with: NB_CLT_45_4_F...

For some reason on this particular client I am receiving the following output:

ERROR: Pack NB_CLT_45_4_F is intended for NetBackup Release
Version(s): 4.5FP_3GA.
NetBackup Release currently installed:
ERROR: Pack NB_CLT_45_4_F will not be installed.

Checked /usr/openv/netbackup/version on the client and it states current version is 4.5FP_3GA.

Already did the uninstall/reinstall thing to no avail...

Any Ideas?
