Error unloading killed module NLSLSP.NLM

After running dsrepair in Unattended full repair I get the above error and
no one can login until I reboot the server and the server connects back to
its license. Is there any fix for this?

You should not run the Unattended Repair unless absolutely necessary, and then out of hours imho. Running a Repair of the Local replicas fixes the vast majority of NDS issues.

Yeah you shouldn't just run DSREPAIR / Unattended Repair for the hell of it. If you run DSREPAIR, you should know what you are trying to fix. It doesn't fix everything.

You should also apply newer service pack. There were bugs in SP3 that cause data corruption on compressed volumes. And they struggled a bit with NLSLSP through that period too. Update to SP5 and you should be fine.

The reason that you have problems with NLSLSP is because it has to sort of shut it down temporarily while the repair is running. Sometimes it hangs under the right conditions, and then you get that problem you mention. But as Thelad said, you shouldn't be running it on a whim.
