error uninstalling Symantec Central Quarantine from server 1

I am trying to remove Norton Antivirus from a server. I was able to remove all but one piece "Symantec Central Quarantine", the unintsall was intrupted. When i try to uninstall it now it give me this error: "unable to locate the installation log file'd:\programfiles\symantec\quarantine\server\uninsta.isu' Uninstallation will not continue". When i try and reinstall i get "1607:Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime"
I would really like to uninstall this application, please give me some tips.

If you want to completely remove the corporate version, Symantec made a batch file you can run to uninstall the program and all of the components of the program. I've had to contact them in the past for the programs, but I'm sure you could find them w/ a quick search. For corporate versions prior to 10 the file is nonav119.zip for version 10 the file is scscleanwipe.zip
