Error unable to save the users skillsets

In CCMA we cannot assign/modify any agents skillsets.
Rls 7.0

Error: Unable to save users Skillsets.
Tried starting the webclient directly on the CCMA

Has anyone faced similar issues?

Have you had a look in CONFIGURATION / HISTORICAL STATISTICS to make sure that you have enough database space, as well as the configured values are high enough?
