Error : Unable to create the necessary temp file..

When I am trying to run the webfocus procedure(.FEX file), I am getting following err. I removed and reinstalled WebFOCUS twice. No Installation Errror. Even I checked for IIS also. Everything seems fine.

Urgent help is required, Pls.

WebFOCUS was unable to create the necessary temp file in C:/ibi/DevStudio52/temp

you may not have write access to this directory, so check the permissions.

I think too.
Webfocus service Userid cannot write access to
C:/ibi/DevStudio52/temp (edatemp),
or C:/ibi/DevStudio52/temp directory is not available.

Hi,

I have chked with my team-members and I am having the same access-permissions as they are having. Also, I uninstalled IIS and WebFOCUS. Again I installed IIS and WebFOCUS. Still I am getting the same error. I am using stand-alone system and my ORACLE server is at some other system. I am working on Windows 2000 Professional OS.
