ERROR - Unable to create Access File

When I logon to the call server via putty, enter my user name and password, it takes upwards of 10 minutes to return > and then presents with this error


Username: s*******
Password:

** ERROR - Unable to create Access File.

.
TTY #13 LOGGED IN S******* 07:14 10/6/2020

Once it does respond I have full access.

Thoughts?

does running through the password reset in the security NTP get you there, sounds like a possible corruption. Once its reset does it then allow access without the error. Also for sec domain are you using System Manager if so what version and what SP is the CS1k on?
 
Sorry for the delay....was on vacation.
I tried using an admin logon, and did not get this error.
I will delete the problem user account and recreate it and see if it resolves.
