error unable to connect to the remote server on WSO

Fresh install that has not cut over yet, we are trying to access the web subscriber options and we can get to the log in page but when we try to log in it gives us this error.
"error unable to connect to the remote server"

Any info would be great. Thanks

BTW its on mas1 of a two mas system with exchange

so you are trying to go into WSO on MAS1 or is your WSO on another server attempting to connect to MAS1 or MAS2?

Is the MAS online with the Exchange? Can you get into subscriber options through AD for the same subscriber?

yes all is working except the WSO

Sounds like your certificates might need to be redone. You might want to get your MM maintenance provider to take a look on that. They should be able to see in the verbose logs why MM is failing.
