Can anybody tell me if I should be concerned about this error?
I did not find anything wrong with the mailbox/extension 6647, which is causing the problem.

Thank you.

Type 24's are pretty common and usaully not anything to be concerned about-especially if users are not complaining of any MWI issues. What type of integration are you using?

It is just "a one time" integration data packet that has been lost. You may be worried if you have many of the error types "24" on all ports between the PBX and the OCTEL.
The "24" - fault type is seen if a data packet on the integration link either is lost, come too earli or too late, according to some system timer.
If you only see one of these, just clear the alarm logg by C H.
