Error trying to update ArcServe 2000 to SP4

Hello:

I'm running the SP4 for ArcServe 2000 v.7.0 Build 1050 off a network share in my domain. It worked fine for the agent updates on other servers. But when I attempt to update the ArcServe program and the agent on that server it tells me it cant find any products to update!??!? What gives?

Platform is a Win2k Adv Server...
