Export an on-demand to PDF. When trying to open the PDF, the following error occurs:

Adobe Reader could not open 'zzz_blah.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been corrupted (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wsn't correctly decoded).

Export to other types works properly (Text, and Excel)

Any ideas?

Hi,
What method of opening are you using..dbl-clicking or opening Adobe and loading the file?

Yeah, double click on the icon after the PDF has been exported from an "On Demand" Crystal report from our CE10 environment

Hi,
How was it delivered( If Email, be sure to save it to a file location first, then open..Try using Adobe to open it ( not dbl-click).

The report was opened from the CMC, fields were validated and the report was extracted (using the envelope link on the report viewer) to a PDF document on the local machine.

Icon was double clicked, and was "opened" in Acrobat 6.1 and presented us with the error above...

Hi,
Ok..If you open Acrobat and then load the file( File..Open), does the same thing happen.

Is the Adobe Version on the CE machine the same ( or older) than 6.1 ( which seems to be the one on the local machine)..
