Error trying to enable user Autentication on Cognos ReportNet

Hello everybody,
trying to unable the Authentication on Cognos Repornet mechanism I set the "Allow anonymous access" to false in the Cognos Configuartion program but the following error rised:

"DPR-ERR-2058 The dispatcher cannot service the request at this time. The dispatcher is still initializing. Contact your administrator if this problem persists. Please try again or contact your administrator."

I tryed to restart Cognos and the machine itself, but it didn't fix it.
Can anyone help?

Please check/attach message from the crnserver.log file for more detail information to resolve the error. The above msg is a common err displayed if not all the services related to reportnet started successfully.

Hi H69PP,

I have also seen this message displayed when anonymous access has been disabled but a security namespace has not been added - the problem being that there is no valid namespace to authenticate against. If this is the problem, simply add a connection to a valid namespace into Cognos Configuration, save, and restart the ReportNet service.
