error trying to create a form.

I am using XP and when I try to create a form it gives me this error.
Automation server can't create object.
I can create a project but nothing else.

I had this problem once, but you won't like my answer.

I tried reinstalling VB/VS.Net and it still wouldn't fix it, so I ended up reformating.

I found the answer to my problem. I had to install Windows Script version 5.6. Now, all is good.
