Error Trying to Connect

(Macola ES, release 360, version 4.0.0.323)

We are trying to grant Macola access to a former employee who used to have Macola access when he worked here.

His user account still exists on the PC, and our HR person changed his status to no longer be terminated, but we can't get it to connect for him.

We get the "User blocked." error message when trying to launch Macola.

Any thoughts on what to check?

Did you go to resources and check the "access rights" check box on the user?

Ok, I thought that was checked before and it wasn't. So after I checked the "access rights" and tried to login as the user, I'm getting this error:

"0x000001ad (429)

Unknown error 0x1AD

Source: E4Shell
You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality"

This is on the same machine that I just used to login and set the access rights, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
 
Have you exceeded you total # of licenses?
