Error Trying to Connect to PORTAL database in Sage 300

Hi,

I have an install of Sage 300 2012 on Windows Server 2012.

The normal company and system databases are working fine, connection to MS SQL no problem. But now trying to install the PORTAL db (have created it in SQL Management Studio) but keep getting an error as shown below.

Error. An unknown problem occurred when saving the portal configuration details.

I'm not sure what is causing the error. The db user details are correct. The user has dbo schema permissions. Java is installed.

Any ideas?

Setting up the portal is a waste of time, leave it.
