I get the error "invalid mailbox" when transferring a message to a user.
I've tested their mailbox and all the settings seem to be there, no issues with calling or transferring calls to the user.
Is this one user or many? Can the user open their mailbox from their set? If it is one user, go in to f983 and check the mailbox settings to see if the extension matches the mailbox number of that user. If you are trying to send to general delivery "usually ext 21 or 221" remember the mailbox will be 10 or 100 depending on your extension length.
