Error TR1901 PowerPlay Data Server could not find a record 1

Hi,

When I try to build my powercube, I keep getting this error message:

(TR1901) PowerPlay Data Server could not find a record. (Category Index) in d:\cubes\salescomplete.mdc

I am using "Transformer - Administrator Database" version 6.5 for Windows.

Here's what I tried so far:
- Rebooting, deleting the temp files, deleting the current cube, etc.
- Getting more temp space (3GB now)

Any suggestion is welcomed! :)

Look for this in Cognos Support : 121128

Description:

When trying to build a cube, the following error is returned:

TR1901 Powerplay data server could not find record (level).

This error may occur if the iqd file(s) have been modified of if the records have moved in the datasource.

Solution:

1. In the Transformer model, Tools -> Check Columns and correct any errors returned

2. Perform a clean house (Tools -> Clean House) ensuring that you specify a future date. This will delete all the categories.

The next time the cube is built, new categories will be generated and all the levels will fall in the correct hierarchy.
