'Error: This plugin does not support..' Scheduled PDF prob

I am getting the following error - Error: This plugin does not support the requested action.
when trying to open a pdf format report in history.

I could not find anything on the Business Objects website on this; anyone else have problems opening pdfs via the out-of-the-box CE10 web-application?

I have not tried this with other formats except of course .rpt, which works fine.

Which Viewer are you using?

Try changing to another type under preferences and see if that helps.

Thanks for the idea; I am using the default viewer since it is my understanding this is the only one which does not require a user download. Is that correct?
I will give it a try to see if there is any difference, however.
