Error: This could be due to outdated or extra data

When i open peachtree premium accounting i get the error. "Peachtree could not be started. This could be outdated or extra data files in your ocmpany" in Peachtree 2007. can any one help.

You can look at a sample company's data folder (like BCS) and compare your company's data folder to the sample company's. You can delete any ptl and lck files safely without interfering with you actual data.
