Error syncing palm with Notes R6.0.1

Hello Gang

When trying to sync a users mailbox and the palm, using easysync v422, we get the following error:

requested database, record, resource, etc not found. runall apps (address book, date book, to do list and mail) at least once in the device and try again.

does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
