Error starting up PB 9.0

I tried to start up PowerBuilder 9.0 on my machine and got the following error pop-up:

Initialization file is not writeable. Cannot continue.

I don't know what the problem is as the pb.ini file is not set to read-only.

There are also db ini files in .../Powerbuilder/Shared folder. Not sure if these come into play or not.

Actually, it turned out I didn't have the admin rights yet on my computer. I do now.
