ERROR STARTING PROGRAM .DDL

Hello,

Everytime is start my computer I get this message:

ERROR STARTING PROGRAM
A required .DLL file, PSAPI.DLL,
was not found.

Does anybody know how I can fix this.

PSAPI.DLL is not a Win98 file.
You've likely picked up the CoolWeb spyware. Remove it by going here:

You neeed to get pSAPI.dll from somwhere, and load it into C:\windows\system32.
