We are having issues with our CS1000. We get a "SRPT026" error during the midnight routines. The health on cpu 0 is at 26, but cpu 1 will drop to 22 and that is when we see the error code. We started seeing the codes about a week ago Saturday. I was called into the office at 8:30pm, and all the PRI's were down. Messed around kwith things until about 1am, and then the PRI's established. Everything ran great on Sunday on through to Monday until 8:30 in the evening when all the PRI's dropped again. This time they were down until about 4am when things finally started to re-establish. Any ideas?

Thats just telling you that the remote side health has changed.

Did you get other alarms or issues before the 026?

The only other errors I see are XMI000 36. I understand that is the health mchanging, but would like to know why the health on CPU 1 is at 22 when 26 is the norm.

I've found this out below?. Also check out the rdtail error logs in "pdt"

What is the meaning of the CPP processor health state?

The CPP health is an accumulation of various hardware and IP related factors. In normal operation both cores should have an equal health. If the active core health drops lower than the inactive core, the cores should switch. The actual number varies from switch to switch due to several factors including the following:
- The number of CNI cards
- The number of groups
- The number of IP devices connected
- The type of core shelf
- The software release
- The redundancy state of the hard drive
- The connection to the system XSM
