Error sending packet error

I am running SQL Anywhere v. 5.5.04 and on the PCs, I am getting the above error message.<br><br>They are running Windows 95 B with TCPIP.&nbsp;&nbsp;No IPX protocol is on the PCs.<br><br>All help would be gratefully received.
