Error sending mail with cdonts

I'am trying to sent e-mail forms with CDONTS. After i post the form i get the message:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied
/testform.asp, line 11

Can someone help me out

Two things.

1. Check the NTFS permissions on CDONTS.dll in WINNT\System32 - make sure that everyone has execute.

2. Check to see if your virtual server is running in tits own memory space. if itis then you need to uncheck the box and restart the server. The other way around this is to do a metabase hack which is inadvisable and insecure.
