Error : SDN's and user extension DN's must be unique???

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to add a mailbox on an extension and keep getting the following error:

SDN's and user extension DN's must be unique.

I have confirmed that this is a valid extension and it is programmed on about a dozen phones. There is no SDN listed for this extension. Any thoughts as to what I am missing? It might be me since it has been a rough Monday.

Disregard, did another search and found previous post with solution. Did advanced user search and found that this extension was already on another voicemail box.
