I have just started recieving a error message every time I try to save the book in InDesign. After I add or delete a file to the book panel, I go to save and I get the message "Fail to save copy of the book". I tried building a new book, but I get the same error message. Has anyone encounted this before and know the solution?

Error Saving the Book in InDesign

Probably an error in a file rather than the book itself.
Try adding a document at a time and doing a save as for the book as you progress, when you get to the error you will know what file it is.
Then try to make a book with just that file in it and if it gives the error message then save that file as a .inx file and then reopen it in InDesign, do a save as for the file to save it as a .indd file and then reimport into the book.
You just have to find the culprit.
