Error saving from temp table to upload records table

Has anyone encountered this error during the Safe Pay Transactions Upload? It doesn't seem to affect anything, just the fact that an end user has to click OK about 30 times to get it to finally disappear. It doesn't show its ugly head when logged in as sa. I have checked all possible combinations of Security Setup. Thanks! Tom
