error running query from agent

Hello people,

We are running 8.90 Nice System and it works ok. However, we are running into a problem where a user is unable to run queries or even click on the queries already run without getting the "error running query from agent" message.

Any ideas??

are these queries run created and run by a different user, if so check the privelages in administrator for the agent trying to run the query.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
 
Is there any firewall/port blocking in between the client and the CLS? Usually this is what causes unexplainable errors...just a thought.

NICE Support should be able to provide a port list of ports used by NICE if that is the case...
