Error running Delphi 7 exe on a Windows 98 platform

I get the following error if I ran a Delphi 7 exe on a Windows 98 platform :

Exe file appears to be corrupt. Windows can not run this program because it is an invalid format.

The exe runs fine on Windows 2000. App is also developed on Win2000. But client have Win98.

I am using Paradox 7 as the db.

Anybody knows what the problem may be ?
