Error Running Day end processing

Version 5.5 with service packs 3 .Yes other users are doing things.

Costing during posting has always been a bad idea, switch it back to day-end where it belongs.

Sorry Costing is During day end processing.

Anywhere now when l run it l get an erro saying:

Internal error. Cannot read OESHIH(7744 OEPOSTS1.C) .

l will keep on trying to trouble shoot from my side . But if you have a quick solution please assist.

There is no quick solution to that error. You'll need to run RVSPY to find the offending record, there's probably an orphan between OESHIH and OESHID.

How do l run RVSPY. l can see it under tools but l don't know what to enter there.

Run RVSPY, then run Day-end processing, and analyze the results. It's probably over your head, I think you need to call your Accpac consultant.

l'm the consultant sorry but l've never run it before . Please give me a guide of steps to do.

1. Start/Programs/Sage Accpac/Tools/Rvspy
2. Set the options to 9999 lines and a file
3. Run the process
4. Analyze the results. Look for a ERROR near (but not precisely at) the bottom
