error retrieving data - logon information incorrect

hi all, I am getting the following error:

There was an error retrieving data from the server: The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect.

when I run the report in Crystal there are no problems.
All other reports seem to work fine. Is there anything I should check?

What datasource?
What version?

Anyway, be sure the database info is set correctly after the report is published..Use the CMC and go to the database tab ( location is version dependent) and set the default info there and be sure the 'prompt user for database..' option is unchecked.

If accessing the database requires file system permissions, be sure the relevant Crystal Services are running under an account that has the needed permisions.

If using Oracle, be sure the Oracle client on the Crystal server has the correct tnsnames.ora file .
