Error result 1 returned from 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe'

Hi
I transfered a VC++ application into VS C++. But when I builed it I found this error:
Error 1 Error result 1 returned from 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe'. Project
I googled in internet and found that if I changed this Project property->Configuration property->Monifest tool->Input and Output-> I haged Embeded Monifest to NO
But the error hasn't resolved yet.

What should I do?
