Error report

We have a CS1000e rls 5.0 and this error record is printing on my screen and does not stop scrolling with the same message. What does this mean and how do I get it to stop?

Check that the CPPM card has a Compact Flash card plugged in. It might even be worthwhile changing it.

I received that error along wiht a BERR bus error and ended up changing out the CPIV card and reloading software. I rried chnaging the CF card first but it didn't help me
