It's telling you that the system daemon called IBM.HostRM has failed. The SRC master process is the parent process of that daemon so it is signalled whenever something happens to that daemon (or any other srcmstr child for that matter). Srcmstr then logs an entry in the system's error log.

IBM.HostRM failure generally points to network problem: hostname resolution between HMC and LPAR(s).

If this problem continue to appear then i would advice you to take a trace of the IBM.HostRM and send it to the IBM support to look into it. Have a look at this useful link:

Worth doing so if 'southwmsdev' is a node name of a cluster that's having this type of errors!
