Error Replicating

Upon trying to make a replica copy of a mailfile (~300meg R4.6.3) on a laptop, everything goes okay until about the 1400th email and then it stops with the error "the object that is used by this note was not found or is not a notes database" Shared mail is no longer used on the server. Any ideas of what to do next or work-arounds to get this replica made? Thanks.

First do a fixup and a updall -r on the mailbox
