Have an xD Memory Card (Fuji) which I was reading fine , thru an special Fuji USB adapter(similar to a flash drive) ; then I decided to read that Card , thru the dedidacted port Reader for xD Cards in my computer (Win XP SP2). But suddenly after changing the card from the USB adapter to the xD reader port , this card is " unrecognized " by the PC in both ports( USB and xD reader) and also isn't recognized when I put it back in the camera , sending a " CARD ERROR " when I try to view my Photos thru the camera itself.
After that , I tested both ports on my PC (USB & Card Reader) with another xD Card and also with a Memory Stick , and both were recognized and read normally.

Any HELP for recovering My DATA (photos) from this xD card , would be very appreciated ! THANKS in ADVANCED , guys !!

See if the problem card works on another system.
If not, then it may be toast.

Assuming it won't work in another reader, try re-formatting it in the camera before assuming it's 'toast'. It's likely that XP was trying to write to the card and had some sort of failure - corrupting the cards contents.
